This week there weren't too many deals I was after. Plus, it was my birthday and I was busy! I also let some friends/family "shop" in my closet of freebies which was great - so glad they can benefit! :-)
Above is what I purchased at Rite-Aid. Before using coupons and +UP rewards, the value was $20.85. After using coupons and some +UP rewards from previous weeks, I paid $0.98 (with tax). I received $3.00 in +UP rewards, making me a profit of $2.02!
Also, at CVS, I picked up 2 bottles of Gain dish soap (not pictured), which was on sale for $0.99 each. I used a $1.00 off 2 coupon from this week's insert...so I paid $0.98 for 2 bottles. I paid with a $0.99 ECB receipt, so it was free! I have tons of ECB's leftover from previous weeks, so I'm hoping to get some good deals next week!
The Gain dish soap is on sale for $0.88 cents at Rite-Aid, but I wanted to use an ECB at CVS before it expired!
***Bonus*** --> Buying the Veet this week put me over the $15.00 mark of qualifying beauty products for the free make-up bag available through the Single Check Rebates - yeah!
Here is how my Rite-Aid transaction is broken down:
Listerine, 1 L- on sale for $3.99 each (reg. $5.69)
- Used 2 $1.00/1 coupons (past inserts)
-$1.00 video value (August)
-$1.00 +UP reward (Limit 2)
=2 for $2.98 final price
(Look for the bottles that have an extra free small bottle of the Total Care mouthwash attached!)
Carefree pantyliners- on sale 2 for $2 (reg. $1.49 each)
-$1.00 off 2 video value (August)
= 2 for $1.00 final price
(If you have some past coupons for $0.50 off 1 pkg, you can get them for free!)
Veet - $6.49
-$2.00 Veet website coupon
-$2.00 In-Ad coupon
-$1.00 Video value (July or August)
-$1.00 +UP reward (Limit 4)
= $0.49 final price
(I chose this bottle because I like the product better, but you can find other Veet for around $5.00, which would make this about a $1.00 moneymaker!)
